Who is property care for?
Our services are designed for second homeowners, frequent travelers, and full-time residents who want professional help overseeing their property. Your consultation helps us identify the right fit.
How often will you visit my home?
Visit frequency depends on your plan. Silver includes monthly home watch inspections, Gold includes weekly inspections, and Platinum offers daily or customized oversight. We confirm your schedule and service scope before starting.
What do home watch visits cover?
Your plan outlines the checks for your home, including interior systems, exterior conditions, security and safety concerns, and visible signs of water leaks or weather damage. Inspection reports help keep you informed.
What happens if you find a concern?
We communicate the findings and discuss next steps. Response and vendor coordination follow the scope of your selected plan and the arrangements agreed with you.
Can you help prepare my home for arrival or departure?
Yes. Arrival preparation and departure or home-closing services are included in Gold and Platinum plans at their respective service levels. We discuss your specific needs when creating your care plan.
Can I request extra household or lifestyle services?
Yes. Optional services include grocery restocking, vehicle and boat care, pet visits, lawn and garden upkeep, and additional household assistance. Availability, scope, and pricing are agreed before service.
How is pricing determined?
Silver starts at $195 per month. Gold is $0.09 per livable square foot per month, and Platinum is $0.12 per livable square foot per month. Plans can be customized; your property consultation gives us the information needed for a personalized quote.
